The recent Respect@Work legislative reforms place a positive duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment. Are you concerned about your obligation to comply but don’t have the time or resources to train your team?
Source has created a new online course, ‘Workplace Respect’, that is designed specifically to support businesses comply with the new legislation.
Understanding and promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace is everyone’s responsibility. It is important that we seek to foster a shared understanding of what it means to create a culture of respect.
This course provides the tools and awareness to support an environment that is both physically and psychologically safe for all employees, and free from incidents involving bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, victimisation and discrimination.
Participants will discover the types of behaviours that are conducive to a safe and respectful workplace and gain a deeper knowledge of the behaviours that constitute bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, victimisation, and discrimination. They will also leave with a better understanding of the consequences of inappropriate workplace behaviour and what actions to take if they experience or witness inappropriate behaviour in the workplace.
This online and interactive course includes an end of unit knowledge quiz, 3 scenarios for participants to run through and multiple knowledge checks throughout to encourage long term retention.
