We’re wrapping up the year on a high note at Source with a series of well-deserved promotions, effective 1 January 2025.

These promotions celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of our people, while also highlighting the growth trajectory of the business – made possible by the strength of our talented team.

This talent is at the core of what sets Source apart: we invest in our people and their experience (PX), including their progression, which in turn ensures a better client experience (CX). We believe that when our people thrive, so do our valued clients.

These promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to their career advancement and both professional and personal development.

Source CEO, Hal Lloyd said: “We are on an exciting growth trajectory – and this growth is only possible with our people. Our people are what sets us apart in the market, and we believe in cultivating a culture that empowers them to grow and thrive.”

Source’s promotions include:

  • Joan Dabon – Executive Director
  • Kristie Medcalf – Director
  • Sophie Redmond – Director
  • Natalie Trueman – Senior Manager
  • Renee Compain-Helsloot – Senior Legal Counsel

Please join us in congratulating our team members on their well-deserved promotions. We look forward to their continued journey and seeing them continue to grow, develop and thrive.
