Alix is a strategic employment and safety lawyer with experience across a broad range of industries. She is passionate about achieving the best commercial and practical result possible for clients in a timely manner, whilst also managing the emotional complexities that often arise in this area of law.
“Employment and safety law often comes with personal and emotional complexities that are less prevalent in other practice areas. I manage these complexities respectfully, without losing sight of the bigger picture of finding the best way forward for clients, and efficiently guiding them through the process of implementing a strategy towards resolution.
My interest is in creating and implementing strategies to balance commercial and emotional complexities and achieve the best possible result for clients. As an effective communicator, I strive to make genuine connections with my clients by listening to the outcomes that they want and developing an intimate understanding of their business to achieve the most desirable and practical resolution.”
