Harry is a commercial lawyer who provides strategic advice to clients in a wide range of sectors, helping them navigate complex legal challenges and achieve their commercial objectives.

Harry’s experience includes advising on contract reviews and negotiation, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Harry is known for his practical approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to craft solutions that balance legal compliance with business priorities.

Prior to joining Source, Harry worked for a boutique corporate law firm in Sydney. Harry has also worked in corporate and commercial roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in private practice and in-house.

Harry has experience advising on all aspects of commercial law, including:

  • Contracts and commercial models
  • Corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions
  • Procurement – both public and private procurement

 

Qualifications

  • LLB/BA (University of Canterbury, NZ)
  • NSW Practising Certificate – NSW Law Society

Harry is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

 

Get to know Harry

Harry enjoys the outdoors and in his spare time you can find him playing hockey (where he is a striker) or hiking. A particular highlight was hiking various trails in the Dolomites with extended family across three successive summers including the ‘Alta Via’ trail.
