Hilary is an Employee Relations Director and solicitor with 13 years’ experience in employment relations, employment law, human resources, strategy and consulting.
Hilary is especially passionate about her clients. In particular, their immediate needs and the context in which clients operate. Key to Hilary’s success is her immaculate understanding of how the issues at hand fit into an organisation’s unique architecture, and her ability to tailor and execute a strategy to suit.

Hilary is a collaborative, innovative and supportive colleague, friend and wife, with a keen interest in digital innovation. She is currently experimenting with product development in her spare time!
Hilary leads an active lifestyle and enjoys swimming, pilates, yoga and does her best at rock climbing – a compulsory activity after marrying a climber!
Hilary prides herself on finding a pathway with law that combines other skills and interests. She attributes her success to investing in continuous learning and starting her own business.
Hilary’s favourite travel destinations are Cap Sa Sal, Costa Brava (architecturally ambitious 1960s former hotel), Siurana Mountains, Catalonia (fantastic vermut, olive oil and rock climbing), Kiama and NSW south coast (so beautiful!).
