Jack is a building and construction lawyer with experience in both in-house and private practice roles. His deep understanding of the construction industry enables him to offer strategic advice to clients on contractual risk and dispute resolution.

As a results-driven legal professional, Jack is committed to excellence, and appreciates the demands that business success requires. He combines his in-house and private practice expertise with a strong dedication, sharp focus and effective decision making skills to delivery commercially advantageous outcomes for his clients.

“I am passionate about providing succinct, high-quality legal advice to my clients. As an in-house legal advisor, my priority is to ensure that clients walk away from a negotiation satisfied with the results, and that the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained.”

Prior to joining Source, Jack held both private practice and in-house roles, specialising in the construction industry.

Jack has experience advising on all aspects of Construction Law, with a focus on:

  • Drafting bespoke contractual documents
  • Reviewing and negotiating contractual documentation
  • Providing advice under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws – University of Notre Dame Australia
  • Bachelor of Commerce – Macquarie University
