As CEO of Source, Karthik brings over 20 years’ experience in strategy, customer and digital transformation roles, spanning professional services, publicly listed, private-equity owned, asset-intensive, highly regulated and technology sector organisations.

Karthik’s experiences offer a 360-degree perspective on navigating business challenges and growth, having been involved in IPO readiness, government regulation, M&A, procurement, commercialisation, service delivery and management, digital and customer transformation, strategy development and execution.

A strong believer in leading through purpose, empowerment, empathy and a focus on outcomes, Karthik has built a track record of being an enabler for organisations to embrace change and disruption, effectively adapt to changing market conditions, create long term value growth, and become more customer centric. The opportunity to lead Source represents strong alignment to Karthik’s core business philosophies of delivering value for money for consumers, having an always-on continuous improvement mindset, and focussing on people experience as the key enabler to customer and commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Source, Karthik held roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, Qualtrics, Citation Group, Asciano and Ausgrid, that have included managing large P&Ls, people businesses, ExCo and complex transformations.

Get to know Karthik

Karthik was born in India and migrated to Sydney at the age of 4, where he now lives with his wife, two kids (son and daughter) and labradoodle. He is big on sport, all footy codes and cricket, horror movies, 80s and 90s tv comedies and music, and going for runs.
