With over two decades of experience across a wide variety of business management roles, Kate’s expertise lies in identifying and articulating the commercial performance, operational insights, and strategic implications of decisions and transactions.
Kate has worked with several public and private clients across a variety of sectors including, banking and finance, insurance, retail and consumer investment, real estate and property.

Prior to joining Source, Kate was the Compliance Manager at ACTA Capital. Her vast experience also includes roles at Macquarie Group, Lendlease, Deloitte, and PwC, catering to a diverse set of sectors such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Investment, and Real Estate and Property.
