Kate is a Legal Counsel specialising in commercial contracts, offering practical advice across various industries including recruitment and labour hire, technology, media, broadcasting, tertiary education, and professional services.

With expertise in all facets of commercial law, Kate advises clients on advises clients on commercial contracts, statutory compliance, competition and consumer law, and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Source, Kate worked as an in-house lawyer for Greencross Pet Wellness Company, gaining experience in the veterinary industry and pet care retail industry. She has also worked as a Paralegal and Assistant Company Secretary at Canon Australia.

Get to know Kate

In her spare time, Kate likes keeping active by going to the gym, doing pilates and playing sports – she’s tried her hand at most sports but has particularly enjoyed touch football, rugby 7s, netball and tennis. If she’s not playing, Kate also loves to watch almost any competitive sport.
