Kirsty McDonald is an Associate Company Secretary who brings over 10 years of experience in providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and management teams. She advises clients on corporate governance, ESG policies, and the preparation of regulatory filings.

Kirsty has a strong skill set in coordinating board meetings, drafting reports, and managing stakeholder engagement. Her expertise includes the preparation of ASX announcements, maintenance of corporate records, and overseeing company policies, making her a key contributor to effective corporate governance.

Her industry expertise includes working within mining exploration, particularly in the production of gold, diamonds, and copper. Kirsty’s role in managing ESG initiatives and corporate governance statements showcases her deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Source Governance, Kirsty worked at Emerald Resources NL and Balion Corporate Services and Cortona Resources Limited, where she managed investor relations and office operations, and at Blakiston and Crabb Lawyers as a Legal Secretary, further enhancing her experience in legal administration.
