Kristy is a skilled Legal Counsel specialising in employment law, providing strategic and commercially-focused advice to clients.

Her expertise spans preparing and advising on employment contracts, partnership agreements, and employee entitlements, as well as navigating complex issues such as performance management, disciplinary actions, redundancies, terminations, and post-termination matters, including restraints of trade. Kristy also has experience defending Fair Work claims, discrimination claims and other employment and partnership litigation.

Kristy’s approach is both pragmatic and client-centered. She thrives on helping businesses resolve their people challenges through creative, commercial, and considered solutions, always with a focus on understanding obligations and achieving efficient outcomes.

Prior to joining Source, Kristy worked as in-house counsel for Ernst & Young in the Oceania region.
