Laura is an Executive Director, specialising in corporate governance. She has extensive experience advising clients on the effective management of board and executive responsibilities, and the implementation of best practices for ASX-listed entities, multinational groups and large privately owned companies.

 

With extensive experience as a company secretary and strong leadership capabilities, Laura has a well-established track record in supporting ASX-listed and unlisted companies, providing strategic governance advice, and ensuring companies meet regulatory and shareholder expectations. Laura’s expertise lies in corporate governance, compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act, and other relevant legislation.

Prior to joining Source, Laura was Head of Corporate Secretarial Services a large, outsourced company secretarial services provider in Sydney. She has also held in-house company secretarial roles in the UK in Royal Mail and BBC Worldwide.
