Senior Company Secretary

Lisa is a Senior Company Secretary with over 19 years of board-level experience spanning a variety of industries. Her extensive background encompasses roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Non-Executive Director, and Committee member.

Lisa has particular experience in risk management, compliance and governance, finance and capital markets, strategy and operational planning, mergers and acquisitions. HEr track record extends across ASX and TSX listed companies as well as Not-For-Profit organisations, showcasing her adaptability and multifaceted skill set.

Lisa is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Prior to joining Source, Lisa was the owner of consulting firm, Sila Consulting Pty Ltd, whereby she provided Company Secretarial, CFO, corporate governance,  accounting and, board services for listed entities, including listing of Companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and performing the roles of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for a number of ASX listed companies operating in a variety of industries.

Lisa is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Netball WA & West Coast Fever.
