Louella is an Lawyer in our IP team with experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.

Specialising in trade mark prosecution, disputes, enforcement and licensing, Louella collaborates with a diverse range of businesses, from start-ups to ASX-listed companies.

 “I am particularly passionate about helping Australian and New Zealand businesses grow and protect their intellectual property assets overseas. I aim to provide clear and accessible advice, empowering our clients to navigate the complexities of the international trade mark system.”

Prior to joining Source, Louella was a licensing and trade mark executive at Fairtrade Australia and New Zealand. She also has over five years of private practice experience with firms Wrays and Actuate IP.
