Patricia is a determined and hard-working Company Secretary who is passionate about working alongside boards, regulators, and stakeholders at all levels to meet commercial and regulatory responsibilities.

Patricia has extensive experience in corporate law and governance across the world, with significant experience in the US, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Brazil, The Netherlands, Austria and Australia.

“With more than 15 years of professional experience in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, engineering, procurement and construction contracts and compliance, I have been working as an in-house counsel at multinational companies and as an associate in Brazilian top tier law firms.

I am deeply passionate about my role as company secretary providing outsourced corporate governance and company secretarial services to various Australian listed companies and I am in the process of obtaining admission to practice law here in Australia.”

Prior to joining Source, Patricia was at Vistra Australia. Previous to her work in Australia, Patricia was in-house counsel at multinational companies and an associate in Brazilian top tier law firms.

Get to know Patricia

In addition to being a law graduate in two jurisdictions, Patricia is also a proud Mum of two boys.

Patricia likes to stay active and attends F45 gym sessions when she has the opportunity, and she’s a fan of traveling and exploring other cultures.

Patricia’s favourite destinations are New York, Paris and Capri.
