Patrick is a building and construction lawyer with experience in both private practice and in-house roles. With a keen focus on construction matters, he guides clients through every stage of the construction process and provides counsel in commercial leasing.

Drawing from a diverse legal background, Patrick brings a depth of expertise to his work. His proficiency extends to negotiating and resolving complex building and construction contracts and disputes, as well as navigating the intricacies of commercial leases.

My primary focus is to fearlessly represent the best interests of my clients and to ensure successful results are achieved in an effective and rational manner. I am passionate and intrigued by the building and construction industry, I enjoy delving into the matters and to continue to develop my expertise in this area of the law.”

 Prior to joining Source, Patrick was a senior in house lawyer at a multi-national tool retailer and private practice lawyer in three national law firms.



Patrick has experience advising on all aspects of construction contracts and disputes, as well as leasing with a focus on:

  • Security of Payment claims
  • Defect disputes
  • Construction contracts
  • Commercial leasing
