Paul is a versatile and commercially astute Human Resources consultant with a demonstrated capacity to deliver excellence in people and performance. With extensive leadership and hr consulting experience, Paul is able to move seamlessly between strategic and operational HR.

“Thinking my career would always be defined by something numerically related, I fell into Human Resources in the mid 1990’s almost by accident. To my mind it’s the greatest accident that ever happened. What I worked out is that I am a ‘people person’ through and through.

Helping a business get the best outcomes from their people has always been the backbone of my success, from my first role as an HR Assistant role to an HR Director. I have been lucky enough to learn from some great people in some fantastic businesses.

Now I thrive from providing that expertise to SMEs. My greatest passion is helping a business to build and maintain a high-performance culture.”

Industry and career experience
Paul has senior level corporate experience across financial and professional services, as well as contact centre, supply chain, marketing, not-for-profits, construction and allied health HR consulting experience.

Prior to joining Source in 2018 Paul worked in General Electric Capital, QBE Insurance and Allianz. Paul led the Australian HR functions of Willis Towers Watson, and BNY Mellon before leaving corporate life in 2017.
