Industry and career experience
Paul has senior level corporate experience across financial and professional services, as well as contact centre, supply chain, marketing, not-for-profits, construction and allied health HR consulting experience.
Prior to joining Source in 2018 Paul worked in General Electric Capital, QBE Insurance and Allianz. Paul led the Australian HR functions of Willis Towers Watson, and BNY Mellon before leaving corporate life in 2017.
