Shilpa is an experienced HR consultant who provides strategic advice and customised solutions to improve performance and create a positive workplace environment. With over 15 years in HR, she emphasises creative and efficient practices, leveraging technology to enhance operations when applicable.

Shilpa offers strategic counsel to clients across diverse sectors on employment and industrial relations matters, with expertise spanning the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes employment lifecycle management, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, terminations, workplace inquiries, negotiations of enterprise bargaining agreements, and interpreting and applying industrial regulations and legal frameworks.

Shilpa has worked extensively across industries such as Professional and Shared Services, Consulting, Financial Services, Education, Gaming, Technology, and the Not-for-Profit sector.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family. To relax, I enjoy going for outdoor runs, baking up sweet treats, tending to my garden, and getting lost in a good book.
