Tina is a HR and recruitment professional with a wealth of experience. Her expertise extends across the entire employee lifecycle, where she provides strategic guidance and support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Tina has expertise in talent management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational restructures, contracts, and policy management. She has worked for multinational companies, SMEs, and Not-For-Profit (NFP) organisations, which has given her the ability to provide innovative and tailored solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining Source, Tina worked in many diverse industries, including retail, logistics and transport, community services, and construction.
