Tun is a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on Corporate M&A, Funds and ASX Listing Rules compliance matters. He is experienced in advising clients on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), equity capital markets, and funds / investment management matters.

Prior to Source, Tun was a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice of Squire Patton Boggs. He has advised clients on corporate matters within the following industries:
- funds and investment management;
- mining, energy and resources;
- technology;
- allied health;
- manufacturing; and
- retail.
In his legal career thus far, Tun has been involved in over 20 initial public offerings and listings on ASX, over 15 takeover bids (hostile and friendly) and a significant amount of private treaty M&A matters.
