Company Secretary, Sarah Wilson Promoted to Executive Director

Source is delighted to announce the promotion of Sarah Wilson effective 1 July 2023.

Company Secretary, Sarah Wilson, will be promoted to Executive Director of Source Governance.

Sarah brings over 10 years of corporate advisory and governance experience, including expertise in managing equity transactions, IPOs, RTOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, and due diligence investigations for ASX listed and unlisted companies. Additionally, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in internal corporate governance and compliance management.

In her new role as Executive Director of Source Governance, Sarah will focus on integrating and streamlining governance operations across the East and West Coast, as well as providing valuable training to our team.
