Adam is passionate about people and culture, and has extensive leadership and management experience.

Adam has experience in a variety of employment sectors  including construction, retail, telecommunications, defence, manufacturing, and security/emergency management.

“I take great pleasure working with clients on employment, safety, and commercial law matters from start to finish. I particularly enjoy asking questions and gathering information from my clients to ensure that I understand them and their needs. This allows me to be well informed, and knowledgeable when developing strategy in the matter, and well positioned in the event I must advocate in courts and tribunals. I make it a point to try and resolve the matter for my clients in the most efficient and cost-effective means.”

 

Industry and career experience

Adam is a workplace and commercial lawyer with over two years of experience, and has practised in the areas of employment law, civil litigation, and commercial law. Adam provides practical advice in the areas of workplace health and safety law, employment law, and commercial law, ensuring his clients understand their rights and options.

Prior to joining Source, Adam was a lawyer at Bowden McCormack Lawyers & Advisers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of International Relations – University of South Australia
  • Bachelor of Laws – Charles Darwin University
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
