Amelia is a qualified Legal Counsel specialising in workplace law, with a focus on employment and work health and safety. Her previous experience in human resources management, coupled with over fourteen years of professional experience in the employment sector, uniquely positions her to provide comprehensive advice and support on employee relations and workplace law.

I am passionate about working with clients to proactively manage their workplace relations and help them get the best out of their employees. My background in human resources compliments my legal practice, allowing me to optimise each unique workplace to meet my clients’ needs.”

Prior to joining Source, Amelia began her career as an in-house HR professional in the Tourism, Finance, and Construction industries. She later worked as an HR Consultant supporting small to medium-sized businesses while studying law.
