Candice is a strategic, innovative and people centred HR professional who takes great pride in supporting businesses to align their business objectives with people objectives. Experienced in Human Resources management across Australia, New Zealand and international markets, Candice has demonstrated the ability to successfully implement strategic improvements, create proactive, harmonious business partnerships and provide value added initiatives to organisations.

Industry and career experience

Candice started her career as a people leader, leading teams in sales and marketing, operations, quality and project management. She moved into HR to provide managers and businesses with tailored generalist support combining her people management experience with HR solutions, to create an authentic partnering experience for businesses.    

Prior to joining Source, Candice held Senior HR positions in companies such as PepsiCo and Healthscope and consulted across various SME’s across Australia and New Zealand.

Get to know Candice

In my spare time, I enjoy trying out various water sports and relaxing on the beach. As a Mum of two active sons, every day is an adventure and that means a lot of time spent outdoors –we are either taking long bumpy road trips or snorkelling in foreign waters.

My professional achievements have been driven by my personal achievements, living and working in various countries; learning about different cultures and exposing myself to new things has pushed me out of my comfort zone and has created a great professional resilience and eagerness to try new things professionally.
