Erin is a senior employment lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience advising on the full spectrum of employee relations issues. She specialises in ER case management, workplace investigations, managing ill and injured employees, safety, and discrimination and bullying matters. She also has deep expertise in strategic industrial relations projects, executive appointments and separations, and guiding organisations through major workplace change and restructures. Her approach is highly practical and commercially focused.
Erin works closely with the Source HR team to resolve complex, sensitive and high-risk people matters while minimising legal exposure and maintaining operational continuity for clients. Industry and career experience
Before joining Source, Erin worked in a senior in-house role at EY, where she advised on executive and key man moves, employment and HR issues in major transactions and restructures, and workforce integration projects.
Erin has particular experience in the professional services, financial services, media, retail and information technology industries.
