Director – Commercial

Fiona is a Director in our Commercial team, bringing extensive experience in contracts, construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. With a strong General Counsel background, she excels in helping clients and her team achieve their goals.

As an experienced General Counsel, Fiona takes a practical and efficient approach to meet clients’ needs, focusing on the engineering, construction, infrastructure, and mining services industries. Her unique blend of construction and major projects experience, combined with corporate law and dispute resolution expertise, allows her to advise clients across multiple facets of their business.

“My passion is partnering with clients to ensure their success. While I love being a lawyer, I believe the real value of law lies in helping people to successfully engage and do business. I particularly enjoy seeing a well-negotiated contract signed and progress into delivery, feeling that I am part of the project’s successful completion.”

In 2022, Fiona was recognised in the Elite Women list by Australasian Lawyer, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the legal field.

Prior to joining Source, Fiona worked as General Counsel and Company Secretary for several ASX-listed entities focused on building and engineering. She also spent a decade as a litigator and corporate lawyer in private practice.
