Isaac is a Legal Counsel specialising in employment and safety law, providing expertise to employers. His areas of expertise includes advising on modern award and enterprise agreement applications, ensuring compliance with post-employment obligations, performance management, workplace restructures, terminations and redundancies and addressing underpayment issues.
Isaac has experience in resolving workplace disputes, navigating workplace compliance matters, and he possesses a comprehensive understanding of Australia’s workplace law. He has represented clients in unfair dismissal and general protection claims and has advised on redundancy matters. Isaac is also adept at optimising companies’ public positions and executing partnership proposals.

Prior to joining Source, Isaac worked for Unfair Dismissal Solutions, an Australia-wide industrial advocacy business, where he represented clients with workplace disputes at the Fair Work Commission. He also worked for Southern Cross University, in the Office of Engagement, where he dealt with managing the relationships of the universities internal and external stakeholders.
