Karishma is a HR Consultant who designs and delivers tailored people and culture programs, policies, and procedures, that drives people performance across the entire employee lifecycle. She has developed excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels of the business.

Karishma is adaptable and flexible, allowing her to thrive in any environment, with different leadership styles and various ways of working.

With expertise in talent management, recruitment, and engagement, her experience and market knowledge span a vast range of industries, including professional services, healthcare, NFP and community services, digital and technology, government, retail, construction, and manufacturing.

“I am passionate about employee engagement, partnering closely with clients and empowering their managers and leaders to deliver on organisational objectives, providing significant return on investment. I believe the people and culture function should be a strategic part of the business rather than just a supportive one.”

Prior to joining Source, Karishma was a people and culture business partner to a range of clients at a HR consultancy firm and has a background in specialised HR recruitment through Hudson.
