Focusing on strategy and aligning with business priorities, Kristie supports her clients with her expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, coaching, legislation interpretation and delivering training.

Kristie is a keen baker and enjoys balancing her mind and body through taking pilates classes, spending time with her family and enjoying a good crime novel. Travelling is one of Kristie’s passions, having enjoyed holidays in Italy and Hawaii.
