Lisa Dadswell

Executive Director

Lisa is an experienced Company Secretary, corporate governance professional, and executive leader. She has extensive experience working as a trusted advisor to boards and executive management of companies across a variety of sectors and industries and a proven track record of successfully leading and growing large and high performing teams.

Lisa offers expertise in governance best practice, as well as compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act, and other relevant legislation. She has a strong skill set in advising ASX-listed companies as well as multinational groups and large privately owned companies.

“I am fortunate in my career to have worked for, and advised, organisations of different types and sizes and in a variety of industries. The breadth of my experience gives me the ability to understand the unique corporate governance requirements of different types of businesses, whether big or small, listed or privately owned or not-for-profit.

I am a pragmatic and commercially minded Company Secretary and like to build strong working relationships with board members, executives, regulators and shareholders. I particularly enjoy problem-solving and coming up with simple solutions to complex problems.”

Prior to Source, Lisa was Head of Corporate Secretarial Services at a large, outsourced company secretarial services provider in Sydney. She has also held in-house company secretarial roles in the UK at PA Consulting Group Limited, Virgin Management Limited and Invensys plc (acquired by Schneider Electric).

Lisa is a busy mum of two children and enjoys spending quality time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys playing backyard cricket and football with her children and husband, catching up with friends over a glass of wine, watching movies and getting stuck into a good book.
