She loves to help clients understand the process and the options available to come up with the best strategy for their intellectual property protection. Melissa also has a comprehensive understanding of business structures and company regulatory requirements and is diligent in ensuring all entities are compliant.
She has extensive experience in Australian and international trade marks, achieving successful results for clients in objections from IP Australia and third-party oppositions. In 2021, Melissa was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards and Women in Law Awards.
