Senior Compliance Manager

Natalie is an experienced Compliance Manager with a wealth of expertise in advising clients on a comprehensive range of compliance matters, including AFSL licencing, AML/CTF, auditing, training, policy, privacy, risk management and strategy implementation.

With over a decade of global experience, Natalie has held key operational roles in the insurance industry, where she has developed a deep understanding of operational insights, auditing practices, risk management strategies, and efficiency-enhancing automation. She excels in interpreting regulatory changes and delivering tailored training programs.

Prior to joining Source, Natalie was Compliance Manager at HDI Global Speciality SE and previously held the same role at Commonwealth Insurance Limited (CBA). Her diverse background includes positions as a Risk and Compliance Officer at AUB Group Limited (ASX) and a Financial Crime Assistant at Marsh Limited in London.

  • Bachelor of Arts – Language Studies – University of Essex
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Certificate – ANZIIF (Distinction)
  • Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management – AIC (formerly known as GRCI)
