Nick Tindley

Executive Director – Workplace and HR

Nick Tindley is the Executive Director of Workplace and HR at Source. Nick has more than 20 years’ experience working with businesses on the full range of employment law matters. Nick is known for his practical and strategic advice and his love of problem solving. Nick prides himself on the deep relationships he builds with his clients.

Nick advises on all areas of employment law and has deep experience across multiple industries. Nick has particular expertise in the retail and on-hire industries, being critical in developing the case strategy and managing the litigation which resulted in the successful application by the retail industry to reduce Sunday penalty rates. It should come as no surprise that Nick has strong experience in award and agreement interpretation and application. But you will see Nick at his happiest when a client presents him with a challenging problem to solve.,

“I love working with great clients. As I reflect on my career so far, it is obvious to me that my best work has been done for the clients who I have the strongest relationships with. I get to know them, their people and their business including where the business is trying to get to.

This has enabled me to be proactive in the advice and support I give, guiding the business through challenges that are ahead as they execute their strategy. It is why I am so excited by the Source model. We are a part of our clients and get to know their business, their direction and their people like no other.”

Prior to joining Source, Nick was a Partner and Executive Manager with Citation Group (formerly FCB Group).
