Sara is a commercial lawyer who has practiced in Australia and New Zealand. Sara has in-house and private practice experience, advising domestic and international businesses on corporate and commercial transactions, tendering and contract law.

Industry and career experience

Sara has over 8 years of experience in commercial and corporate law. Sara began her legal career in New Zealand practicing in Simpson Grierson’s corporate and commercial team.

After moving to Australia, Sara joined Clifford Chance’s corporate team, where she worked on domestic and cross-border projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Source, Sara was in-house at Veolia Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from University of Canterbury, New Zealand
