Savannah is a passionate HR Consultant who partners with organisations to deliver engaging and impactful people and culture solutions. She provides pragmatic clients in navigating people matters and develops and implements tailored programs to achieve organisational goals and enhance employee experiences.  

With expertise in recruitment and selection, performance management, compliance, project management, succession planning, and employee engagement, Savannah has worked across the mining, information technology, aviation, and not-for-profit, sectors.

Prior to joining Source, Savannah worked in the mining industry, providing day-to-day operational support to business leaders.

Get to know Savannah

Savannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, heading to the beach whenever she can, and kicking back with a good True Crime book (or podcast) in her downtime. Savannah also has a love of travel, with her favourite destination (so far) being Whistler, Canada, with Portugal as a strong second contender.

 

One of Savannah’s proudest achievements is completing a full-time Bachelor’s degree whilst also working full-time in HR.
