Sophie is a highly experienced employment lawyer who thrives on providing commercially sound advice and strategy for her clients.

With over 15 years’ experience in private practice and varied in-house counsel roles, Sophie has deep expertise across the full range of legal issues that arise in the life cycle of the employment relationship.

Prior to joining Source, Sophie worked as in-house employment law counsel at Healius Limited, Westpac and SBS. Sophie was an employment lawyer in private practice for 8 years. Before this, she was in-house counsel at the Australian Human Rights Commission.
