Stanislav is the Managing Director of Legal and HR at Source, where he applies his innovative thinking and exceptional business acumen to guide his team and clients.
Stanislav is a pioneer in the legal industry. He created Source to give any business access to in-house style legal support, that is fast, responsive, practical, and decisive. He also developed a value-based approach to pricing instead of traditional hourly rates.
As a commercial lawyer with over 25 years of experience, Stanislav’s expertise spans across construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, mining and labour hire industries.

Stanislav founded the legal branch of Source in 2011. Before his venture into Source, Stanislav worked in senior in-house legal roles with leading multinational engineering, energy, and construction companies, including Alstom, Areva, and Lendlease.
