Executive Director – HR

Tina is the Executive Director of HR at Source. She leads the team, develops the business, and identifies alternative delivery solutions for clients as legislative and market changes require. Tina manages a portfolio of clients’ and implements tailored people and culture programs to mitigate risk for businesses and create exceptional employee experiences.

Tina has extensive expertise in talent management, process improvement, project management, strategic sourcing, and coaching leaders through employee matters. Her global experience has equipped her with the ability to provide solutions aligned to the unique requirements and culture of each business.

“I enjoy bringing an alternative solution to SMEs for navigating their people matters. It’s so rewarding to work with interesting businesses supporting their growth journey. I can easily get bored in a role, however, the diversity at Source means every day is different’.

Prior to joining Source, Tina had experience working in four countries for a diverse range of organisations including multinational corporations and SMEs. Her prior experience is across industries such as technology, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and international development.

Tina spends her time running after two energetic young boys and has recently reignited her childhood passion of dance. She has a long term travel addiction and is always planning her next adventure.
