Legal Counsel – Commercial

Xin is an accomplished Legal Counsel with experience in commercial, construction and property law, across both transactional and dispute resolution matters.

Known for her strong problem solving and analytical skills, Xin provides tailored, commercially focused legal solutions to a diverse range of industries. Her pragmatic and detail-oriented approach allows her to navigate complex legal challenges efficiently. Xin’s broad experience spans contract negotiation for high-value projects, advisory work, statutory compliance, property development and litigation.

Prior to joining Source, Xin held a senior lawyer position at Kinneally Miley Law and gained valuable experience during her time at Construction Legal.
