Megan is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant who provides operational and strategic HR support to a variety of clients.

With a proven track record as a people and culture leader, Megan brings her strategic insights to the table. Her expertise lies in transforming HR operations to support rapid expansion and growth within matrix organisations. Megan has successfully partnered with businesses to establish people and culture strategies, spearhead workforce planning initiatives, champion the establishment of HR best practice guidelines, introduced talent management and development programs, resulting in remarkable employee engagement and retention metrics.

Prior to joining Source, Megan was an operations specialist with experience embedding and overseeing business functions, finance, HR, IT, compliance and reporting frameworks. Her exposure to highly regulated sectors allowed her to transform workforce cultures, strengthen operational and governance pillars, organisation wide, as well as lead strategic programs. She has also previously held a Company Secretary position.

Megan is currently studying a law degree part-time. She is a keen cook, loves to travel and is passionate about health and fitness. She hopes to one day visit the Pyramids of Giza and hike in the Pyrenees.
