We are delighted to welcome Hilary Sutton to lead the Employee Relations offering at Source. Hilary brings over 13 years’ experience as an employment lawyer and senior HR professional.
Hilary has extensive experience in employee relations, employment law, HR strategy and consulting. Hilary’s senior leadership HR experience and legal background means she is uniquely placed to operationalise and integrate legal advice. She provides clients with pragmatic and commercial “on the ground” support on a broad range of workplace matters including implementing restructures and major change initiatives, conducting sensitive workplace investigations and complex case management.
Hilary will work closely with Source Legal and Source HR to deliver a seamless client experience.
