Her background in human resources management, coupled with over fourteen years of professional experience in the employment sector, uniquely positions her to provide comprehensive advice and support on employee relations and workplace law.

Prior to joining Source, Amelia began her career as an in-house HR professional in the Tourism, Finance, and Construction industries. She later worked as an HR Consultant supporting small to medium-sized businesses while studying law.
