Charmaine is an enthusiastic Human Resources Consultant who partners with organisations and their employees to create strong work environments that enable employees to succeed.

Charmaine builds positive business relationships and deploys several tools and strategies to achieve desirable and strategic outcomes for her clients.

Charmaine is especially passionate about making positive changes in the workplace at all levels and leveraging its ripple effect.

 

“I’m an enthusiastic, motivated and solutions based Human Resources Consultant with a passion for igniting change and implementing strategies to transform and support the workplace.

My specialisation includes recruitment, workforce planning, system implementation, performance management, policy, contract management, stakeholder management and project management.

I enjoy partnering with organisations to create strong working environments that enable employees to succeed. I achieve this by first gaining a solid understanding of the business, and secondly, introducing quality workforce practices, providing excellent training, building relationships, and providing ongoing training to ensure wider success”.

Prior to joining Source, Charmaine was at HWL Ebsworth. She previously worked at Queensland Health, Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, Boardriders and Feros Care.

Bachelor of Business (In progress) – University of Southern Queensland


Get to know Charmaine

Charmaine enjoys running, pilates and hiking. She loves being outside and exercising as much as possible as this is where she feels her best.

Charmaine takes great pride in being part of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, and raising two wonderful children.

Professionally, she is proud of the implementation of HR Systems and Onboarding programs that give an employee a great journey in their employment of a company.
