Joanna is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS), contractor management, and regulatory compliance. Having worked in both private practice and in-house, Joanna has a particular interest in utilising legal principles to develop strategic and practical business solutions.

What Joanna enjoys about working as an in-house lawyer is the ability to effect real change. She thrives on delivering practical, actionable advice, based on an in-depth understanding of a client’s business. She is passionate about proactive risk mitigation, partnering with clients to identify and address potential issues, and ensuring their journey towards safe, sustainable and compliant outcomes.

With over 15 years’ experience, Joanna is a trusted advisor working with businesses to understand their objectives and providing the best solutions.

Prior to joining Source, Joanna worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Visy.

On the weekend, Jo loves nothing more than hanging out with family and friends and running around after her little boys. She is a keen snowboarder and adventurous traveler. In her spare time, she practices yoga and loves seeing live music.
