Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Employment

Shauna provides expert in-house legal support to businesses across a range of sectors. She has over 12 years of experience in multiple areas of law, which places her in a unique position to advise on most legal matters affecting a client’s business.

Shauna is also an accomplished environmental scientist within the oil and gas, mining, and aquaculture industries.

“My background puts me in a strong position to understand my client’s business needs to deliver bespoke legal solutions, rather than waffly legal advice.”

Prior to joining Source, Shauna spent the previous 20 years working for a combination of large corporates such as WorleyParson, URS, McDermott’s, and Clayton Utz, reputable medium and boutique firms, Government, and the University sector.

During this time she worked in multiple roles, including as an in-house counsel, Senior Associate, Marketing and Communications Manager and Principal Environmental Scientist.

Shauna has also managed several of her own businesses, including co-founding and selling two small tech companies.
