Tun Yeo

Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate

Tun is a Senior Legal Counsel specialising in corporate legal matters with significant experience in corporate M&A (both private and public(, equity capital markets, and funds and investment management.

Recognized as a “Rising Star” in 2023 by Australasian Lawyer, Tun brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to his work.

Tun advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, funds and investment management, shareholder arrangements, and compliance with ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

In my experience, many traditional law firms are extremely risk-averse and provide clients with complicated advice rather than providing decisive guidance. I am passionate about cutting out the legal jargon and strongly believe in being a business partner to assist clients in achieving their commercial goals.

Prior to joining Source, Tun was a Senior Associate in the corporate practice of Squire Patton Boggs.
