Joan is a Company Secretary who takes great pride in helping companies achieve their governance and compliance goals.

With a strong legal and workplace compliance background in the Philippines, Joan’s high work ethic and dynamic approach has helped her carve out an impressive career in Australia as a Chartered Secretary.

For over 7 years, Joan has been providing company secretarial and corporate advisory services to ASX and NSX listed companies across a variety of sectors. She has extensive experience in the preparation of disclosure documents and financial reports, management of a range of corporate, equity and capital raising transactions and due diligence processes, as well as coordination of listing and other IPO-related requirements.

Prior to joining Source, Joan worked for several Australian corporate advisory and legal services firms following her relocation from the Philippines where she had experience in legal administrations and workplace relations.

  • Juris Doctor – University of San Jose – Recoletos
  • Bachelor of Psychology – University of the Philippines
Get to know Joan

Having filled most of her salad days with solo adventures, Joan now actively pursues a quiet, peaceful weekend at home listening to vinyl records or playing board games. She also loves to head down south to Margaret River region on long weekends in the company of her husband and their 2 furbabies for gastronomic experience. Occasionally, she enjoys going off-the-grid camping with her husband – leaving nothing but footprints, taking nothing but pictures.
