Joan is a dedicated Senior Company Secretary who takes great pride in helping clients achieve their governance and compliance goals. With a strong background in legal and workplace compliance in the Philippines, Joan’s high work ethic and dynamic approach have enabled her to build an impressive career in Australia as a Chartered Secretary.

Joan has provided company secretarial and corporate advisory services to ASX and NSX listed companies across a variety of sectors. Her extensive experience includes preparing disclosure documents and financial reports, managing a range of corporate, equity, and capital raising transactions, overseeing due diligence processes, handling mergers and acquisitions, and coordinating listing and IPO-related requirements.

Prior to joining Source, Joan worked for several Australian corporate advisory and legal services firms. Her career began in the Philippines, where she gained valuable experience in corporate and legal administration and workplace relations.

Get to know Joan 

Joan actively pursues a quiet, peaceful weekend at home listening to vinyl records or playing board games. She loves to head down south to Margaret River region on long weekends in the company of her husband and their two cats for a gastronomic experience. Occasionally, she enjoys going off-the-grid camping – leaving nothing but footprints, taking nothing but pictures.
