Ling is a friendly and efficient Company Secretariat Officer who consistently works diligently to meet the needs of her clients. She is passionate about working alongside boards, regulators, and stakeholders at all levels to meet commercial and regulatory responsibilities.

Industry and career experience

Ling has extensive experience working with listed companies across several industries, in both in-house roles and corporate service providers.

Prior to joining Source, Ling was part of the Asia Pacific Excluding Japan Corporate Governance team at Goldman Sachs. She also worked in company secretarial teams of major real estate investment manager and property developers listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange including Link REIT, CK Assets Holdings Limited and K Wah International Holdings Limited.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Language Studies for the Professions (Specialisation: Translation) – The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
  • Master of Science in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance – City University of Hong Kong
  • Associate Member of Governance Institute of Australia
  • Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute

When she isn’t working, she enjoys whipping up delicious dishes and baked goods, using her culinary adventures as a therapeutic escape. And to top it all off, a cup of coffee is never far away.
